Cheryl Neuburger

After graduating from Vassar, Cheryl began her professional experience in the insurance and investment industries. Following success in a variety of roles that ranged from advanced estate and business planning to strategic product design, to sales management, Cheryl rose quickly to Executive Vice President. She had overall managerial responsibility for annual retail investment sales produced by several of the nation's leading banks.

While Cheryl enjoyed the success of her career, in 2003 she decided she wanted less distant travel and more time with her young children, making the transition to real estate was an easy one. As a military "brat" who grew up calling many places around the country home, Cheryl has been deeply rooted in Katonah since 1994 with her family. Her two children attended and graduated from the local public schools. Both have followed her family heritage of service. One by attending West Point and the other by attending Cornell University and committing to ROTC.

Cheryl is expert at providing a tangible view of what life is like in our area, which is helpful to both buyers as they decide and sellers as they position their home for success. She enjoys the constantly changing variety of clients and properties and draws upon her experience in managing the relationships and negotiations that are essential to success in real estate.

Cheryl is a leader locally by having continuously served on the board of her community, currently as Governor and past President. She enjoys hiking and running many of the area’s trails, skiing and biking with her family, and cooking for her children and their friends when they head home for a welcome break.

The variety of people with whom Cheryl works is her greatest professional joy. Consistent results and positive feedback demonstrate just how her clients benefit from Cheryl's business acumen, marketing experience and personable nature while buying or selling their home.
