We worked with Cheryl for several months to find our perfect home. We were not in a hurry to move but knew what we were looking for. Cheryl had a really good idea of what we were looking for too and was quick to contact us if a home that she thought we would be interested in hit the market. Cheryl was always prompt for appointments, was very responsive whenever we contacted her, always provided us with responses to our questions after a house showing (often within hours of us looking at a house), and was very diligent during the sale/closing process to make sure all parties were on the same page. We enjoyed working with Cheryl, she was very patient with us and helped us from start to finish. Out first idea was for a complete renovation. After spending lots of time on that process with Cheryl, sellers and builders, we decided to move in another direction...to buy and do smaller interior updates on another property. I would for sure work with Cheryl again in the future (she already knows what I want in my next house) and would recommend her to anyone! Jill B.

I am in sales management and I have been for 20 years. I started to look for a house, something I had not done in a long time, and was completely frustrated with the sales people I met until I made contact with Cheryl. Every time Cheryl said she would do something, she did it. That sounds silly, but far too many people don't follow through with what they say they will do. If we met at a property and 10:00 p.m. and she said I will run the comps for you later tonight and email them over. You could rest assured it would happen. When you need to work with a real estate agent who is methodical, listens, and addresses your concerns there is nobody better than Cheryl. I cannot recommend her enough. Ken S.
