My daughter contacted Cheryl for assistance in finding her and her husband their first home. As parents, our daughter wanted our support in finding the best place suitable for them financially, geographically, and the best fit for their careers. Cheryl is a lovely person. She was beyond helpful in communicating with both our daughter and us with constant information. She was very personable and genuinely vested in finding us the perfect home for our needs. She was always pleasant, honest, and willing to help in any way she could. Over the weeks we took to decide on a property, and countless houses we viewed, we looked at Cheryl as a new friend, not just a realtor. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase and with Cheryl. We would highly recommend her. She is a go getter and sincerely works to please her clients.

Cheryl was amazing at helping us to find the perfect home for our family! She sent us new listings every single day and always kept in contact with us. She knew we were being picky because this was not our first home-buying experience but she worked hard for us every day. We ended up finding the most perfect home all thanks to Cheryl! She then helped us to sell our previous home and it went fast! I am so glad Cheryl was our realtor!

Cheryl was the consummate professional with a personal touch that rivals any agent we have used in the past. This is our fourth time selling a home and by far one of the best experiences. Clearly the market is hot and homes are selling quickly. But, from the very first meeting until the time we received our check, Cheryl was involved in every aspect of the sale. Because of her extensive experience with buying and building several homes of her own she provided a unique insight into the "minds" of buyers that helped us sell our home in less than three weeks. Having not purchased a property in over 35 years, my husband and I were clueless and nervous in our recent venture in purchasing. We had many questions and needed assistance, I think, more than most people would. Cheryl was not only knowledgeable, professional and friendly but willing to go the extra mile and walk the property for us using FaceTime when we were unable to visit in person. Then she offered to visit an engineer, if needed, to assist us in the purchase process. Our communication was not always during office hours and Cheryl was always quick to respond. After looking for the perfect place for almost 2 years, Cheryl found it for me! She took all my "must haves" for a home and neighborhood and steered me to an area I hadn't considered before. I'm so happy she did! She was so patient and flexible with my crazy schedule and always had time for showings or phone calls. She's very professional but feels like a friend you've known forever.
