About Cheryl

Since 2006, Cheryl has been assisting home buyers and sellers in Long Island’s greater Nassau County region. She brings a strong working knowledge of the area, including homes in the surrounding incorporated villages, to help her clients with their real estate needs. Cheryl’s reputation as a hardworking, determined, and resourceful agent is shown in the creative style she approaches real estate negotiations in a competitive market. Before real estate, Cheryl held many positions in the cargo division of two major airlines. One of only a few women in the industry at the time, Cheryl worked hard to prove her worth. In her role as sales manager, Cheryl maintained multi-million-dollar sales budgets and grew client bases substantially for both airlines. She also handled public relations for Lufthansa, coordinating nationwide press trips for US and foreign journalists, as well as managing important sponsorships for the airline and their partners. Cheryl obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business while working full time and has since acquired over 350 hours of continuing education in the course of her real estate career through seminars and professional coaching programs. She is involved in several not-for-profit organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, the Girl Scouts, and Breast Cancer Awareness charities, of which she has a close family connection and history. Cheryl’s drive has led to her receive multiple awards and recognitions throughout the course of her career in real estate. Within a few short months, she was awarded the distinction of being part of the Gold Circle of Excellence, an elite group of agents who have reached specific career milestones. This year she was named a Global Real Estate Advisor, and more recently earned the designation of Associate Broker. Paramount to her success in both the airline industry and real estate is her ability to maintain strong business relationships. Cheryl brings this level of excellence to the benefit of her peers and clients alike. She enjoys the art of the transaction and works toward setting her buyers and sellers apart from the competition. She loves the challenge of putting all the pieces together for a successful transaction and takes great pleasure in helping her clients reach their goals. For Cheryl, it is not just about the home, it is the lifestyle that makes the homeownership worthwhile. To balance her working life, Cheryl spends time with her family and friends, entertaining and hosting parties, watching movies, taking long, leisurely hikes, or playing tennis. Her favorite place to relax is the beach.
