Chuck has earned his brokers license and held his appraisers license for 8 years.
Chuck has earned his CDPE designation and his REO Certification and Short Sale Certification thru the Five Star Institute.
Cheryl has earned her CRS and GRI designations.
Cheryl was elected President of the Omaha Chapter of Women's Council of REALTORS (WCR) in 1994, REALTOR of the year in 1995, President of the State
Chapter of WCR in 1998-1999, Nebraska WCR REALTOR of the year in 1999.
