I think she had some firsts in challenges with us, she handled with awesome professionalism, even after the closing, still sends reminders that she is still around to help with whatever we might need!! Cheryl is a one of a kind realator. Not only does she sell homes she sticks with you the entire way. I had problems with the house i was purchasing and she stayed with me the entire way through thick and thin. She is still dealing with an issue that I have ongoing and I couldn't be happier. She suggested a finance company I use instead of my original financing and it went like clock work. Not only is she sufficient but in my book she should be realtor of the year. I can look at her as a long lasting friend. So much to say about her I could go on and on. Never known a realtor to go to the extent of Cheryl. Would recommend her to anyone I came across.
