Cheryll is AMAZING!!! We moved to Charleston and she was recommended to us right away by some close friends. She's a lifelong resident of Charleston and really knows every square inch of this beautiful city from the perspective of where this town has been and more importantly where it's headed. We were first time home buyers and she made the process fun and easy! Cheryll works her tail off to make sure that you see everything you want to see and won't stop until you're a satisfied and happy home owner. I would recommend Cheryll Woods-Flowers to anyone that is ready to head down the path of buying/selling a home. She's first class and really, really cares about you...not just the deal. Love that about her. In this day and age it is so nice to find genuine people that do business the right way. Cheryll rocks!!!! Christian and Sarah Michner

I randomly found Cheryll-Woods Flowers on the internet through a listing website. I met with her and she explained the entire process to me since I was a first time homebuyer. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the entire purchasing process. There was not a moment that I questioned her experience and knowledge. She made the process very simple and seem easy. I would highly recommend her to everyone as she is experienced, knowledgeable, and very nice person.

I've known Cheryll for many years, since she was a friend of my family's. She was the obvious first choice when my husband and I began to look for a home in Mount Pleasant since I knew she was knowledgeable about the area and its properties. Cheryll worked with us through every step of the home buying process, making sure that we knew our options at each point; this was important because my husband and I were first time homebuyers, and most of what we encountered was new to us. It was so important to have someone like Cheryll who would give us honest and sensitive feedback as we embarked on this very important task of find our first home. For various reasons, our first two contracts fell through--Cheryll explained all of our options throughout all three of the contracts, guiding us through the often difficult (and emotional) process of finding and purchasing the right home for us. She fought for us during bidding, and ALWAYS kept us up to date via email and phone. Cheryll is also adept at short sales and foreclosures; the home we finally bought (on the third contract) was a foreclosure, and Cheryll, again, was knowledgeable and confident as she led us through that process. Overall, we were VERY happy with the service that Cheryll gave us through our home search. She has grown up in the Mount Pleasant area and knows the various neighborhoods extremely well. Cheryll is friendly, helpful and confident throughout this often difficult process. Highly recommended!
