Saying that Chessie is an amazing realtor is an understatement of her knowledge, skills and abilities. Selling my home was an emotional experience and from our first meeting, she was able to put me at ease. There are times when you meet someone and you just know that there is a greater force at work, that was my experience with Chessie. She listened to me and was by our side every step of the way. Selling my first home was a journey with her and she was willing to be there every step of the way. Starting at the beginning she gave options and recommendations based on our concern of our return of Investment. She was honest about the market and what to expect. She didn’t recommend improvements that would be unnecessary, she was candid about the house and what she saw. For the improvements she recommended, she had experts she was able to recommend that were reasonably priced and easy to work with. Any question I had she was happy to answer, no matter how insignificant. She stopped by to check on on the house and give advice when I asked her to. The help she provided with staging the home exceeded our expectations and it came out the way I always pictured my house could look. I was floored to see the touches she added to make it feel like a home walking in. Chessie was there to talk us through the offers we received and learned our heart behind the kind of sale we wanted. She took the time to get to know us so she could speak on our behalf to other agents. We have already closed and while her work is done, she is still there for us with questions on our other house which we aren’t listing. Chessie will be our realtor for life.

Chessie helped us with both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. It was such a pleasure to work with her. Her positive attitude, outgoing and sparkling personality brought joy to the process. Her knowledge and experience in both real estate and finance helped both sides of the process remain smooth. We closed exactly when we expected to - despite a survey issue that could have delayed us significantly. Due to Chessie's diligence, knowledge of the industry and attention to detail, she was able to get the survey ordered and delivered within a week during a time when most surveys are taking 4-8 weeks! We will definitely recommend Chessie to our friends and family for sale or purchase!

Chessie was absolutely amazing throughout the entire experience of helping me find a home to rent. What could have been a very stressful situation, she made painless. From the first day I met her she listened to my needs and worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect place for me and my family. She was great at communicating with me in a very timely manner, and always one step ahead when finding new listings and jumping on them as soon as they became available. She seems to have a great working relationship with many local realtors and businesses. She did everything she could to help me but not only is she great at what she does, she is one of the kindest, most humble people I’ve met and just so easy to work with. I truly believe God put Chessie in my path at just the right time and I will forever be grateful for her. I will definitely be going to her in the future for any help renting or buying in the Gainesville area. I could not recommend her more!

Working with Chessie to find a home to purchase in Gainesville was such a pleasant and positive experience! From start to finish, she was incredibly professional and very on the ball (almost always a few steps ahead) - which is so important with making timely offers, communication between both parties, and helping us to know “what to do next”. She was readily available for any questions, concerns, looking into potential properties, and meeting us around town for showings. The whole process flowed smoothly and we even closed nearly 3 weeks early! She went above and beyond in EVERY aspect of our home purchase and always had my family’s best interest in mind. Highly, highly recommend her!
