Cheyenne Ward is an Oakland native who has lived in the Bay Area most of his life. He has grown roots in Nevada County over the last 15 years, and now, he serves both real estate markets — the best of two very different worlds. He honed his talents in customer service and negotiation through his education at the University of California, Santa Barbara Gaucho, and his 10-year career in the luxury hospitality industry.
Cheyenne approaches his business with long-term relationships in mind. His favorite part of the process is brainstorming with clients to find unique solutions to complex situations, ultimately resulting in big wins. Whether you're buying or selling, a well-executed strategy is critical in today's market and where Cheyenne's expertise shines most. As a result, his career has been built entirely on referrals from past clients and his extensive network of colleagues and professionals.
Cheyenne has been described by his clients as witty with a great sense of humor but more often as being deeply committed and caring. When Cheyenne isn't in the field, he spends as much time as possible with his daughter Shayne and his wife, Chelsea. He can frequently be found training for his next marathon, cold-plunging in the Yuba River, or on the basketball court at Mosswood Park.
