About Chip

Chip Camp was born and raised in the Foothills of the North Carolina mountains. My love for the outdoors developed at a young age while fishing in the Catawba and Broad Rivers with my grandfather, W.H. Champion. I have traveled to Maine and Alaska in pursuit of big game animals and trophy fish. I am equally comfortable in a duck blind or a mountain trout stream. I am passionate about land and all the beauty and opportunities that it provides.

I have over 25 years of residential, commercial and rural land real estate experience. I hold an active license in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. In addition to helping many land sellers and buyers across these three states, I am the Broker in Charge/Principal Broker for over 25 Whitetail Properties agents. My business is built on relationships with the highest amount of integrity and attention to detail.

In addition to my professional work, I’m a large acreage landowner in Cleveland County, North Carolina and manage my personal farm for Whitetail and Turkey hunting. I have been married for 30+ years to Amber Camp, a Whitetail Properties Land Specialist. Amber and I have two sons Tripp Camp, a Whitetail Properties Land Specialist and John Camp.
