Chip Harris

A native of North Carolina, Chip has an extensive knowledge of the state, its regions, and local areas. Owner and Broker In Charge of Hillcrest Realty Group, he and his team can assist you in buying or selling property anywhere in NC through our extensive REALTOR network in the state, however, as a group, we are especially experienced in the central part of NC called the Triad Region which includes the greater areas of Greensboro, Winston Salem, and High Point. Chip has been in the real estate business in one way or another since 1996, and has a long background assisting home sellers and buyers in the area. He grew up in Jamestown NC (between High Point and Greensboro), has raised a family along with his wife Martha Ann, has started multiple businesses, written three books, and is a songwriter under the pen name "Baxter Bailey" with over 10 songs credited to him on virtually all streaming services.
