About Chip

Chip was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas but moved to New Hampshire because of his love for the Lakes Region. He comes from a real estate and home building background; his mom is a retired realtor, and his dad was a successful home builder.

Chip is an entrepreneur, starting his own custom cabinet and remodeling business in 1976. Over the years he has managed the remodeling of thousands of homes and prides himself on the number of repeat customers he has worked with. That only happens when there is quality work and outstanding customer service. Chip believes that every phone call or message should be returned promptly and that the key to a happy customer is listening to their needs and filling them.

Chip loves old houses and lives in an 1804 farmhouse in Wolfeboro. He focuses his spare time on remodeling, riding his bicycle and motorcycle, working on old cars and boating on Lake Winnipesaukee. His wife, Chris, grew up around the Lakes Region. Chip has a daughter and 2 dog children.

Chip entered our home on a Monday as a first agent on our “test interview“ to find out the value of our home since we were considering selling. Easy to talk to, a good listener, and showed a confidence that had me wondering: could he be real? Well… He was real enough and had 90% of a deal done before he left our home. With the other 10% accomplished by The Weeknd. We are from out of state and started our search for a home in NH almost two years ago. Lucky for us, we found Chip's bio online and were able to enlist him as our agent. To say that he went above and beyond in representing us would be an understatement. He visited several houses for us and provided onsite virtual tours so that we could determine if we wanted to travel for an in-person showing. He also did proper due diligence and vetting of any potential listings that matched our search criteria in order to make sure that there was a high speed internet connection at the site. His knowledge of home construction and heating/cooling systems was a huge help when it came to eliminating potential unknowns.

Bottom line: He helped us find the perfect home and property for our family in the midst of a historically bad housing market for home buyers. When we finally moved in he met us at the house, and stocked our fridge so that we didn't have to try and procure supper after a 10+ hour drive. We whole-heartedly recommend Chip to any potential buyers or sellers.
