About Chip

Chip Roper started his career in the entertainment business, working in the marketing department for Metro Goldwyn Mayer in Los Angeles after graduating college from the University of New Hampshire. After his work experience here, he moved back to the east coast where he was a producer and host for a morning show for a Resort Sports Network affiliate in Waterville Valley NH. This opportunity brought him to Colorado, where he hosted "Good Morning Vail" for 6 seasons. When Chip and his wife had children, they decided to move back home to Waterville Valley NH and he and his mother started Roper Real Estate in 2005.

Roper Real Estate has carved out a niche in Waterville Valley and all of the surrounding towns including Thornton, Campton, Plymouth, Holderness and beyond. Their office represents both buyers and sellers and they pride themselves on friendly service with reliable expertise.
