Buying a home is always a stressful ordeal, and on top of that, I was 2,200 miles away having to relocate for work. Chirag made everything so easy for me and my family. Whenever I was even curious about a neighborhood or house, the very next day I would have a virtual tour in my inbox showing the surrounding neighborhood and the inside of the house. Even with the different time zones, I would send a question thinking I’d get a reply the next day, but to my surprise, he always answered within minutes. Being so far away it was impossible to make all the appointments and inspections, but Chirag took care of everything! He even FaceTimed me during our home inspection. He made sure to take it upon himself to do whatever it took to get us through the finish line. He provided us with all the facts and data to help make an informed decision and take our time. He helped us pick the top three priorities and got us exactly what we wanted at a great price. Our home buying process was a roller coaster ride but chirag helped us through at each and every step. He left no stone unturned to make my dream come true. Chirag also got us a very good seller credit for repairs.
I had lots of troubles on the loan approval side and Chirag was helping me out on that front too. He would talk to my lender explain the situation and required paperwork to me (being the first time home buyer I had no clue about some of the terminology and loan process). Several times during the home buying process I wasn't even sure If i will be getting the house or not but chirag was always optimistic. He updated me on every step regarding what is going on and what are my options.
There were alot of hurdles throughout the process but I want to mention this one for sure. A day before closing my lender's bank asked for a POA to be signed by my husband who was in Belgium and to be notarized by American consulate. This would have delayed the closing by more than a month affecting two more families (sellers of the house I got and the sellers of the house that they were moving to). Chirag was working hard the entire day until 9 pm to find a solution for this. He had another closing next day but he gave his best. He even went to the title company to see the attorney for any help at 8 pm in the evening (you can't find an agent who would do that for you). Chirag, my lender and the attorney were working from 6 am in the morning to make sure they can figure out a way for us to close on time. On the other hand he made sure he explain everything to the sellers about our situation and even make them understand that the closing might be delayed by a week or so.
Many parts of this process were out of his control but thanks to his determination and everyone who worked with him to help push this through and we were able to close on the day we planned.
I would say that if anybody's is looking into buying or selling a home in Nashville or around, there is no better agent than Chirag Patel.
Chirag even got us a really nice house warming present to relax after this exhausting home buying process.
I would highly recommend Chirag Patel for real estate consulting/needs.
