Chirag sold our home and got us into the home of our dreams. He also was the realtor for my parents as they sold/bought a home twice within 8 months! He has an edge in negotiations that you won’t get from other full time agents, much less any novice weekend agent. Chirag is a professional and knows how to craft a deal that other agents won’t to get you the best chance at getting the house you want, or the best price for the house you want to sell. He’s charismatic, smart, and thorough for your protection. He will look out for your interests above all, even when it costs him a deal. Can’t say that about many.
