Chloe was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as our realtor. She consistently went above and beyond to help us sell our house, doing things like engaging landscapers to keep our place looking good since we were not there, to setting up signing times that met our needs and were outside business hours. She had a wonderful sense of humor, while also being extremely professional. I cannot reccomend her enough!!

We listed our home after moving out of state. Chloe did a great job prepping and staging the home. We were under contract in a couple days. Being out of state Chloe handled arrangements for contractors to do repairs etc which I would of done if we were still there. She went above and beyond and made the sale close smoothly! Thx Chloe!

Chloe helped me throughout the process of selling my mobile home - which is different from a regular bricks and mortar style home. As I was out of town for most of the process - she kept me informed by phone, email and helped with digital signing .

She is an excellent realtor with a very personalized touch.
