Words cannot describe the leaps and bounds this man went to for me. Super veteran friendly and overall amazing insights. I got more out of this home buying experience than just a home and I will most certainly be back when the time comes! Thank you and the company for everything, it was certainly a blessing!

I was in great hands as soon as I was recommended to Chodry from my Lender Frank Dolatto. From day one, Chodry went to work and asked me what kind of home do you and your wife want. We gave him a description and he gave us listings of homes for sale within our budget. Some homes we liked were unavailable due to the market. I was getting discouraged and after a few rejections, I was about to throw in the towel. My wife and Chodry would not give up and after I was able to compose myself and take a week or two to get myself together, I jumped back into the game. Chodry was still finding houses for us. We finally found a home we liked and decided to purchase it. The sellers were not the most cooperative people and the frustration was again showing
However, Chodry was determined to make this home a reality. Finally after 2 months, we finally received good news that we got our home. Chodry was not selling a house to make money, He was giving making sure we were getting a home because he put us first before profit. He worked with the lender to make sure we would not lose this beautiful home. When it came time for the closing, his hard work paid off and we finally got our home. Chodry is a guy who puts his customers first. He works well with lenders and has a group of people who helps him as well. Even after we got the keys, Chodry was able to help my wife and and I get some appliances and furniture for our house. We used up all the money we had towards the closing and didn't have anything for some necessities we needed. Chodry made a call to a friend and they helped us get a washer and dryer, refrigerator and sofas for our house. I not only found a great realtor, but We also made a new friend. I would recommend Chodry to anyone buying or selling price a house because he cares about his customers. He has a great personality, easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable in his field. Thank you Chodry for making our dream come true. Please call this man and let him help you like he did with us

I don't often write reviews but in this case I wanted to take a minute of my time to say Chodry is an outstanding Realtor. I'm a home inspector and because of that I experience many different realtors. Chodry stands out to me because I've seen how he takes care of his customers. He guides them throughout the buying process including the all the crazy paperwork, the home inspection and any negotiating. From what I can tell he's good at negotiating repairs or price reduction when needed. He really seems to care about his customers and has their best interest in mind.

There was never a moment when I didn't feel like I was in good hands with Mr. Andre. He first showed us step by step how the buying process would be and left no rock unturned when it came down to getting all details prepared for us. Every option was explained, which allowed us to make the best possible choice for our new home. He fought to make sure we were comfortable every step of the way.

Andrea was very professional from start to end in my process of buying my home he listen to my wants and needs and point me in the right direction of homes to look at until I found the perfect home he was excellent in instructing me in everything that was needed to get properly qualified to purchase my home and he was with me every step of the way. I now think of Andre is my forever real estate agent and I will definitely call upon him for any future real estate investments that I will take a part of.
