Chon Plascencia

Born and raised in Mexico, Chon came to the US at just 15 years old with the desire to learn English and have a successful career. He enrolled in South Sioux City High School upon arriving, determined to learn the new language quickly. In 2013, he graduated and moved to Wayne, NE, pursuing a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Interior Design.

A change in fate brought Chon back to Siouxland. His ability to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable through customer service led him to apply at Wells Fargo as a teller. He was later promoted to banker. During his career in banking, Chon was able to acquire a variety of financial skills, which he passed on to his customers and continues to do so for his clients. Being bilingual, he was able to regularly assist customers from various backgrounds, making them feel secure and confident. In 2020, he decided to leave banking behind and give his lifelong dream of becoming a realtor a chance.

Joining the CENTURY 21 ProLink team, Chon has made it a goal to connect with every single one of his clients at a personal level. He understands the struggles language barriers can present and wishes to alleviate them for the people in the Siouxland community. Whether buying or selling a home, Chon listens carefully to his clients, taking into consideration all their wants and needs and prioritizing them. He wants all his clients to find their dream homes, and together, make the American Dream a reality.
