Chris was referred to me by a friend and was everything as described. Very personable and passionate about the job. Very hard working and very resourceful, he always had my best interests in mind. Everything I needed done he gave excellent recommendations and advice and worked in my favor in the long run. If I was moving to another house in Delaware I would 100% use Chris again and would recommend him to anyone doing the same.

Chris is a wonderful realtor! We as 20 year old first time home buyer’s had no idea what to expect or how to go about certain things you’d assume that might be stressful but Chris answered our questions and any one he couldn’t he took the time to find someone who could. We felt very stress free buying our lovely home. Chris was very nice and generous. After we found our house we went to lunch to talk about offers and how to go about it. He got his end of the deal done that day did I mention he also paid for lunch. Our house ended up having a few things that needed fixing Chris was able to make it happen and anything that the seller weren’t looking to do for example patch up left over holes in the wall from tv mounts and decorations he went out and got the material to patch them. At the final walk through chris saw some things he didn’t like (somethings being dirty) he contacted the sellers agent the house was cleaned before the move in date. I can go on and on about what makes Chris a great realtor but he’s a even better person don’t miss out on your chance to work with such a person there aren’t many left!!

Mr. Burgos was a very professional thought the whole home buying process. He explained everything as I had many questions as a first time home buyer. Another thing I would like to mention about Mr. Burgos is his ability to negotiate with other agents, and comeing to an agreement that makes both party's happy. Over all 10/10 was very happy with all aspects of the transaction and home searching process.
