The combination of Chris’ strong business background as the General Manager at a local Forbes 500 Company, his passion for homes, and network of resources provides his clients a superior real estate experience. Chris has been selected by The Mayor of the City of Rochester to serve on the City’s Preservation Board, whose mission is to review applications for Certificates of Appropriateness required for alterations to landmarks and properties located in the City’s eight preservation districts. It is also responsible for developing and adopting preservation guidelines. Additionally in support of the preservation of Rochester’s classic homes, Chris restored a 1905 center entrance Colonial located in the City’s Park Avenue District. The home, which received an award of merit from the Landmark Society of Western New York and was featured in Old House Journal magazine, was also showcased on HGTV’s Restore America TV series. Chris supports a variety of cultural and art organizations including The Center for Youth, Memorial Art Gallery, BOA Editions, and Rochester Contemporary Art Center.
