I met Chris when I was looking for a local agent to list a close friend of mine‘s home. I did my research and chose Chris to be the listing agent for my friend. He did a phenomenal job handling the sale of her home as I lived downstate at the time. I then used Chris again for the purchase of another friends home that he had listed and once again did an excellent job in being the selling agent as well as the buyers agent. Chris is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the real estate profession. He is always working for you. I noticed whether you are on the buying side or selling… Chris gives the same amount of effort on both ends. That is not always the case with all agents unfortunately. I then used Chris again to purchase a home on the lake and move up north permanently. He executed that transaction wonderfully and we are very happy! Working with Chris locally and also working with him from downstate before I relocated was a godsend. He always had everything under control and I had nothing to worry about since I lived so far away at one time. I will continue to use Chris for my real estate needs. He is the kind of agent that you want and is working very hard for you at all times. There are many agents out there but there are a few agents that have the excellence on all levels of real estate. Chris Christensen, Lynda’s Real Estate Service, Boyne City made what could have been a protracted, if not painful, experience very efficient and pleasant. His lifelong involvement and knowledge of the community and attention to detail allowed the process of finding a home, placing a bid on it and closing happen in two months. Chris was very responsive with communications and immediately had the answers based on local experience. Chris knows who to contact to efficiently get answers and tasks completed. We are a four-hour drive from Boyne City so having such a competent individual to rely upon in the area made a big difference. Chis has continued to provide excellent support as we move and get settled into the community. We hold Chris in extremely high regard and would put Lynda’s Real Estate Service at the top of list for real estate services in this spectacular area.

Today, we are sharing a great buying experience with Chris Christensen, Lynda’s Real Estate Service, Boyne City. Myself and my wife recently moved from SW Michigan to Boyne City. Unfortunately, being 4 hours away made it extremely difficult to walk through homes, and ”jump on” the ideal homes in very tight real estate market. After meeting with Chris, he quickly was able to relate to our needs/wants in a new home. We managed the home search remotely, which was made very easy by timely communication from Chris. Chris’s broad market experience and industry knowledge helped us find and purchase our new home, in an extremely tight timeframe. At time of purchase, we were managing a bank, title company, sellers and ourselves all living in different cities across Michigan. Chris managed communication and documentation from all parties, insuring no concerns at closing. After our purchase, Chris has continued to be a huge asset to us when needing local knowledge of the best trades people. Chris knows everybody!

I was looking for a home in Charlevoix but was living near Detroit. Chris was always available and was so flexible when I had limited time up north on the weekends. I can honestly say that we wouldn’t be making this announcement if we didn’t have Chris Christensen in our corner. From the start we felt secure in his hands. Chris is a phenomenal realtor. I told him we were not really looking and didn't want to be pestered, but to get a hold of me if something very special came along meeting our criteria. He let me know of a listing he was about to list and we looked at it the next day. The next day, we were under contract. During the closing process, he worked on several legal, technical issues that arose, but never made us feel like we should be worried...he is calm under pressure. After we put our old home on the market, we had two offers in ONE day. We accepted an offer from another realtor in Chris' office and working with both of them during the closing was seamless. We are so thankful for Chris' honesty, candor and immediate responsiveness to our phone calls and emails. Chris is ON THE BALL and a straight shooter!

I would highly recommend Chris to anyone for their real estate needs. He was referred to me by my Dad, who had done business with Chris in the past. I am so thankful my Dad gave me Chris's contact information. He was wonderful to work with. He was available whenever I needed him with any questions or concerns. Chris was extremely helpful through the entire process of purchasing our first home. Neither my Fiance or I had a lot of experience but he was great with explaining things, answering questions and getting back to us in a timely manner. Chris is very knowledgeable of the market and always gave us a fair assessment of every home we looked through. Chris was instrumental in selling our previous residence and helping us find a new one back in 2011. As a result of his excellent service and advice, we decided to have him represent us again when we were ready to downsize in early 2019. He is an honest straight shooter and was excellent in keeping us up to date and very prompt with answers to any questions we presented to him.
In early 2019, through Chris’ efforts and up-to-date marketing techniques (aerial drone footage, direct mailers, social media), we sold our 2011 house and used Chris to help us locate our new residence in a relative short time frame. Bottom line, Chris is very knowledgeable on both the “selling” and “purchasing” side real estate transactions. We would not hesitate to have Chris as our real estate agent in the future.
