I have always valued honesty. Teddy did not promise us the moon, but gave us realistic expectations... then carried through with them. He kept us informed and walked us through the process when we had questions. He did not disappear on us; contacted us when there was a new development or to just see how we were doing. I had other realtors who smiled and grinned at us, but they were there to sell their company, not to assist me in getting a reasonable deal on my home. Thanks Teddy.
