Buying a house as a first time home buyer will age you by 10 years. Belle spent the extra time with us, explaining every step of the process & we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. She will fight for you, listen to your concerns & act as your therapist (when needed). The biggest thing with Belle is that she is always honest. So many agents, including the selling agent on the house we just purchased will lie to you and tell you they will do something, then go back on it once you have signed. People like that selling agent are why buyers think so poorly of this industry & that agent will need to find new work when AI & automation weed out these types of agents. With Belle, you have someone in your corner who has your back and human connection will always be needed when you make one of the biggest purchasing decisions of your life. As a millennial, buying my first house or really anyone buying a house, Belle would be my first call. I would highly recommend her.

In early 2024, I needed to sell my home at 309 W Columbia St, Falls Church, VA 22046 and didn't realize all the work required including documentation. My grandson, Teddy Rueckert, who has been a realtor for 8 years, agreed to do the task. First, he suggested a thorough home improvement and made suggestions. It involved lighting, appliances, repairs, rerouting water drains, garage overhaul and painting. It cost over $40K but greatly improved the appeal and functioning of my home. Belle was the perfect realtor to help my small family transition from a house in Gainesville to a condo closer to D.C. Knowing that I would be out of the country for close to a year, I started the process very early. I haven’t moved in 15 years and I was a little scared!
Belle made sure I was never overwhelmed, because she helped navigate me through the entire home buying, selling, maybe leasing process. She was very patient! I was not accessible for most of my home search as I was out of the country, but she made sure I had all the information I needed, and even checked in to see how I was doing.
Shortly after I returned home, Belle secured the contract on my condo, and sold my home within a week! It is worth mentioning her connections helped ease the process. The Redux team is very supportive and she works with a remodeling company that made (very) short notice cosmetic repairs. TJ arrived to our first appointment prepared with research including current comps. TJ is an amazing listener - I am a bit of a worrywart. He presented various strategies to consider, connected me with a great contractor when I decided to complete a few updates for greater marketability and periodically checked in to inquire if there was anything additional he could provide (without being obtrusive!) Once the updates were completed, we again discussed strategy before the listing went live on a Friday. That Sunday, after 2 open houses over the weekend, he contacted me with fantastic news-an offer at full list price! He was there every step of the remaining process-including contract review, final walkthrough and attended settlement with me. I cannot emphasize how much I valued TJ, his knowledge and wonderful sense of humor throughout this process. There’s a reason moving is listed as a high stress event and moving while selling a property that one loves and raised their child in kicked that stress up a notch (or two for me). OMG! I happen to randomly come across The Redux Group while trying to find a company to hekp me with the sale of condo. I had gone through a couple of other realtors and I was getting nowhere with them. The frustration and stress was at an all time high and literally at my wits end. How can we ever thank Jonathan Smith enough? When our family inherited a house in Fairfax Station, we inherited a house in a great location but in not-so-great shape. We thought it needed costly repairs that we couldn't afford to fix. What it needed was Jonathan and the team at The Redux Group. We came into the process with a lot of asks - large square footage, near nature, but still walkable to restaurants and shops, and not a crazy commute to DC. I went into our fist meeting thinking we would likely have to compromise, but that was the wish list. Turns out, Lauren made it happen! She found us an off market opportunity that checked all of our boxes AND avoided a bidding war at a time where most houses were going hundreds of thousands above asking. When questions came up about some zoning laws on the property, Lauren pulled in her long list of contacts to help us navigate them. This is the second time my wife and I used David to sell and purchase our home. He provided his expertise in 2017 when we purchased our first home. Cami accomplished what other real estate agents could not. When we purchased our home 22 years ago, it had been on the market for 8 years. It was our dream home. It’s a secluded and elegant geodesic dome home on almost 2 acres. This serene oasis has towering trees, creek and nature surrounding; including a pond with colored and uniquely patterned koi fish. Six bedrooms and 6.5 baths. When we finally decided to downsize and place our home on the market, we knew it would be challenging or nearly impossible to sell, as our home was unique and obtaining comps would be particularly complex. We had been lightly thinking about selling our place but didn’t think it was the right time and didn’t want the hassle. We received a letter from Redux asking if we were interested in selling and it was like a sign. We were mentally ready to move, just needed to know the process was going to be smooth and so far so good! The communication and timing has been flawless. Cami Noble brought a lot of experience and was upfront and honest about what we really needed to do to sell our house (saving us money from a potential renovation project). She responded to our texts in the evenings and over weekends and gave us the peace of mind we needed when selling our first place. We were planning on waiting a year in between selling and buying to save up more for a down payment but changed gears during the interest rate hike. Buying a house in this economy is INSANE. It’s such a different process compared to our parents and grandparents generation. Cami Noble helped us navigate this “new normal” housing market by putting together strong bids and hooking us up with a lender that could give us an edge by creating a “cash-like” offer. Cami responded to all our questions quickly and kept us updated with every little thing. Even though it took a couple tries we found our perfect home and paid a fair price for it. The process isn’t easy today not going to lie, but Cami made sure we stayed positive and hopeful throughout the whole thing. Highly recommend!

A little background: we were relocating from our home in Texas, and this would be our 5th real estate transaction. All of our realtors up to this point had been adequate to good, but Belle is hands down the best agent we've ever worked with, and I wholeheartedly recommend her.

We met Belle and her teammate, Maegan Nation, for a whirlwind of house tours, and yes, my first impression was that they could moonlight as Disney princesses if they wanted to, but not the helpless, waiting-to-be-rescued variety; no, these ladies are fierce, well-spoken, knowledgeable, professional, hardworking, and surely on a rapid ascent to the top in the real estate world.

We had a weekend to acquaint ourselves with the market and hopefully find a home, and they stuck with us through our sticker shock, our two kiddos being completely over looking at houses, and seeing a large number of homes within a very short time. I mean, I was exhausted at the end of each day, but these ladies never cracked, never stopped being energetic and optimistic. And even if we sent them a message super late at night or early in the morning, they were always quick to respond. They treated my family so well, taking the time to actually engage with our children, and were always helpful and kind. And their knowledge of the area, schools, and homes was invaluable (I mean, we're talking about basements, sump pumps, radon, and so many other things that were completely new to us).

We found a home that we wanted to put an offer in on, and decided we could put our trust in them. We followed what Belle said to do, and even though there were other offers, ours won out (and even without a bidding war in these crazy times). And as elated as we were, we had to go back to Texas, which meant leaving a lot of the purchase in Belle's hands. Y'all, she delivered. Every single thing that came up, she was quick to rectify it and always in our favor. Belle, Maegan and the rest of the team took a major weight off of our shoulders, and we cannot thank them enough. Even after the purchase had gone through, we still got excellent service, including helping us with a home warranty claim and providing us with top-notch recommendations for someone to complete work we needed done.

I know without a doubt that Belle will be our choice for any future buying or selling. With all sincerity, she is a gifted realtor, and you will not regret working with her, Maegan, and the rest of the team.

My wife and I worked with Belle Tunstall back in 2018 while searching for our first home. She worked tirelessly and drove all over Northern Virginia with us while we waffled back and forth on what we were looking for. My wife and I were on the verge of selling our home for cash! At a super low price! We somehow got in touch with Jon and it was definitely life changing. I live in Florida and I recently engaged Jonathan to sell my property in northern Virginia. He did an excellent job. The entire transaction was done virtually, including the closing. The property had been rented to the same tenant for the last ten years. After the tenant moved out, I considered fixing up the home and then selling it, but after getting some estimates on the cost of updating the 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom property, I decided to sell it “as is”. Jonathan was the perfect realtor. He quickly found a purchaser, managed the transactions with the title company and was always available to answer questions and walk me through the entire process.
