Chris Crumlish is a lifelong Chicagoan and a resident of the Edgewater neighborhood, where he has lived for over 30 years. Throughout this time, Chris has witnessed and been a part of the significant transformations that have turned this area from a peripheral neighborhood into the vibrant community it is today. He has an in-depth understanding of the ever evolving landscape of Chicago, including the emerging neighborhoods and the best places to buy and sell.

In addition to his work in sales, Chris has been a Leasing Agent and Property Manager, as well as, Project manager, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate process from the ground up. Beyond his professional life in real estate, Chris is an active local music enthusiast. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering from Columbia College Chicago and an interdisciplinary B.A. from Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU). Formerly a recording engineer, DJ and the host and producer of Sonic Boom on Q101, Chris's experience in the recording industry has honed his ability to pay close attention to detail and cater to the unique needs of his clients.
