About Chris

Chris thought he had figured it all out. But as he stepped into the best role of his life, the world shifted, and he learned a valuable lesson.

Chris thought he had finally found his groove. His wife, Kenna, was about to finish school and after their twins started sleeping through the night, he was looking forward to things slowing down. Then, he found out they were expecting their youngest son and everything that had seemed so certain moments before flew out the window.

Chris grew up in a working-class neighborhood, his parents worked hard to provide for his sisters and him. They always made sure they had everything they needed, but they lived a frugal life to say the least. As a kid, it was not long before he realized that not everyone got socks for Christmas. When Chris was fourteen, he got his first job bussing tables and found a surprising new hunger.

He learned early on that the harder he worked the more opportunities became available to him. Starting in the restaurant industry gave him a lot of chances to climb the ladder from busboy all the way to bartender. Chris kept on climbing though he had always had this itch to strike out on his own. It started when he was a kid, mowing lawns, and in college, Chris got his real estate license.

Over the years Chris kept climbing until one day he found out Kenna and him were expecting their first child. He knew he wanted to do everything he could for him, show him not to settle, and give him some of those frills that he worked hard for as a kid. It was the kick in the pants he needed to go out on his own, and he became a full-time real estate professional.

Soon after his son was born, they found out they were expecting twins. Becoming a father is the best job Chris has ever been given but it can be a lot to handle sometimes. There have been a lot of sleepless nights and cups of coffee along the way. But he did not slow down even once, often after his girls were born, he would take them with him to showings in a double baby carrier. He even changed a few diapers while listing the market stats for the home to his clients. It was exhausting at times, but he never lagged and kept on working, shifting as the market changed along with his family.

After a few years, things were going to slow down with Kenna finishing school and the twins becoming more independent. With the news of their youngest son on his way, life started to feel a bit like a rollercoaster ride, and he was not sure what to expect next.

It was time to shift again but as their family got ready to welcome him to the world, he realized something that had been there all along. He did still have a boss, his family. His family was his reason for everything, the constant in each day working or at home and even though he could have used a few more naps all he needed was to think of their little faces and Chris could push on through.

Chris loves being a licensed REALTOR® and life with his wife and their four children. They enjoy going to museums, parks, festivals, and anywhere else they can together, soaking up this beautiful community.
