Chris Davis was more than helpful in finding a home our kids. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find them a great home that fit right in their price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Chris made it easy at closing to help with all our busy schedules.

Chris is an OUTSTANDING realtor! We all know this is a sellers market right now, and that sellers and their agents do not need to do much work in order to sell a property. Me and my wife were "out of state" buyers and couldn't come see every property we were interested in before we put an offer in on it. This is a very uncomfortable position to be in while dealing in the multi six figures and you need to absolutely trust your realtor. Chris took it upon himself to research individual listings for us, along with the relevant details of the areas they were located. He would already have answers to questions that we had before we even thought to ask them because he has been doing this long enough and is very attentive. He was willing to drive out of his way to take specific pictures/videos for us of listings we wanted to put an offer on, and noted important details that could only be seen in person. In one instance with us, Chris felt he made a "bad" call on a particular type of inspection that cost close to $1000.00 and he ate the costs and adamantly refused to let us pay for it. This guy is 100% accountable and transparent! He really wants to make sure his clients are happy and make good decisions. He wants to see people get the home of their dreams. He treats your home buying process like its his own. We dodged a couple bullets with badly represented listings that purposely omitted important details thanks to Chris's genuine concerns that he wasn't afraid to express. Thanks to him we finally scored an amazing place and just moved in a couple weeks ago. No surprises or regrets, and all the stress that came with buying a home without seeing it in person melted away since moving in. There are many horror stories in this market, and you will not be disappointed having an experienced, respectful, and genuinely good person helping you navigate this market and the home buying process. You cant go wrong with Chris and need to just skip the other guys because he already maxed out how good a person can be at this job. Unbelievable that folks like him are still around!
