I am a first time home owner and I decided to move closer to my daughter in CT. after she moved there four years ago. She met Chris, while looking for her house with her fiancé. She mentioned to him I was considering moving out there as well and so he told her that he would be happy to help me and started sending me listings right away. Fast forward four years, and I finally decided it was time to make that move closer to my daughter, so I started my journey looking for my new home for myself and my elderly Mother who I care for. An agent was referred to me by my lender, who was great, but unfortunately the agent was not. He was untrustworthy and deceitful, so something that was supposed to be a happy and momentous milestone was horrible and stressful for me. UNTIL Chris called me one day after he noticed I had been looking at his sites unbeknownst to me. He introduced himself and asked if he could be of any assistance in helping me find what I was looking for in a home.We spoke a short while and I told him my criteria and he actually HEARD what I was looking for and began from that moment on sending me listings that met those specific criteria. Little did I know that he was the agent that had met my daughter four years earlier and had been sending me the listings I was viewing all along, talk about dedication! Last fall, my wife and I chose Chris DiBiase to sell our home in Danbury, CT, and he was outstanding.
Chris stood out as the best Danbury, Western Connecticut, has to offer. His organic rankings are excellent (people find listings on his site). Their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put much work into their listings.
We spoke & texted with Chris and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how he would sell our home.
While moving cross country, Chris communicated with us on the best way to shorten the listing time, typically on the market and provided tons of info on comps in the area.
We were concerned that our home would be tough to sell, with many homes up for sale in the surrounding area.
Chris made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.
We were blown away when we saw our listing; the first buyer who visited the property put in an offer. Chris' hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition.
Our house went under contract two days after putting it on the market at the asking price. We accepted, and Chris walked us through every closing process step. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
I've recommended Chris at Keller Williams Realty to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a better realtor.

Here it is. Back in October of last year I had the pleasure to know Chris. He made the house hunting experience a breeze. Being a busy woman and with few hours in the week to spend, he made sure that time was spend properly. I found a home I truly loved.
Few months later I decided to put that house back in the market as rental only. I didn’t hesitate to reach out to Chris. My family and I were looking to purchase a home that had enough space that would allow our family to grow. We were tired of paying rent and not having the quality of life that we were expecting, due to living under the landlords rules. My family and I were losing hope and optimism after a long nine months of searching and being out bidded.
We decide to explore our options and try our luck with a different realtor. We started asking family and friends for references as we knew that our demands were hard to find and we are not the easiest group to deal with. We Decided to switch realtors and to try Mr. DiBiase who came highly recommended from a family member. Mr. DiBiase is professional, ethical, knowledgeable, straightforward, understanding, patient, punctual, accommodating, friendly and pays attention to detail. He listened to what we were searching for, asked questions to make sure he understood, and made suggestions to guide and steer us into a directions to be able to Purchase the home that we were looking for. But the most important part is that he made my legally deaf parents feel comfortable when showing homes, and made himself widely available to communicate at all times and days. I can say full heartedly if we did not have him representing us for this particular property there is no doubt in any of our our minds we would have not won the property. Chris was great in finding a new home for us and helping us negotiate a price we were happy with. He got right back to us on any questions we had and most importantly was very honest with us on the pros and cons of the home we ended up buying. One example was at one point we thought we were going to have to pay to switch out our oil tank and Chris let us know how we would potentially be liable and he did not recommend it. He made sure to get us an environmental consultant to come out and have a look and made sure we understood that risk the entire time. Our lawyer agreed with Chris and insisted we do not pay for that ourselves. In the end it was a load of our mind and everything turned out great. He is definitely someone to trust with such an important decision and we would recommend to anyone.

Chris is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend him to any and all friends and family. I cannot say enough good things about him. He went above and beyond every step of the way, never giving up, always working in our best interest. He was consistently one step ahead when it came to negotiating, resolving any issues regarding communication with the sellers, the lawyer, even dealing with the local building department on our behalf. His time management skills are superior to anyone I've worked with. He was extremely responsive at all hours of the day when you needed him via email, phone calls and text.
