Chris graduated from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, with a B.A. in Business Administration and went on to work as a Futures Broker at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board of Trade with various FCMs. With this strong background in analytical market analysis and finance, Chris excels at statistical and market research and strives to find fair value within the market's various price points. Chris makes sure the endeavor remains on schedule while maintaining close communication throughout the process. As an expert in local property trends and valuations, Chris helps the team's clients understand the market, manage their real estate needs, and determine where and when to position their listings and offers. Chris grew up in Lake Forest and has maintained close community ties and contributed to its growth. He actively supports St. Jude, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Habitat for Humanity, and the Midwest Veterans Closet. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and children, bike riding and playing golf.
