Chris helped us navigate selling our home during the COVID pandemic while providing us with constant up-to-date market analysis. She assisted us in lining up cleaners as well as a professional photographer to get our house show-ready. Her extensive professional knowledge helped us price our home perfectly; we had numerous offers within the first 24 hours and had it under contract within 72.

Chris also helped connect us with a builder so we could start building our home. She was with us every step of the way and would birddog anything we needed, whether it was to request quotes, questions for the builder or our lender.
