Chris was a fantastic real estate agent. He worked with us to purchase a home from out of state that needed a rehab loan (which adds a lot of work and complexity). He went above and beyond to get the contractors, sellers agent and mortgage officer all working together. Ultimately that deal fell through and he continued to help us get a different house. He truly was a blessing throughout the buying process. I'll absolutely work with him if we ever buy again and have recommended him to everyone I know that's interested in buying a house.

Chris performed remarkably. I work for a mortgage company and Chris was the agent for one of my borrowers. He went out of his way to make sure everything was in order so his buyer can close on time. He's not just an agent in it for just a paycheck, he genuinely cares about his buyers and everyone involved in the transaction. Give Chris a chance and you will not regret it.
