Chris Hodges has been an agent with Madison Realty, Inc., since inception. She is a proven, desiccated realtor with a history of success. She is the only Lake Oconee Board of Realtors Madison/Morgan County agent to receive their prestigious silver Phoenix award- recognizing over 25 years of consistent Million Dollar club membership. In the past 10 years, she was awarded the bronze award for being the third-highest producer in sales and units for the Lake Country Board of Realtors. In 2014, Chris was recognized by her peers with the Community Service Award. Chris specializes in inherited/estate properties, retirement properties, historic properties, homes with acreage, and investment properties. She was born and raised in Madison/Morgan County and knows the area like the back of her hand. Chris graduated with a BA in History from the University of Georgia. She is also a graduate of the Georgia Academy for Economic Development and Leadership in Morgan County. During her tenure on Madison's city council, she founded Madison's public art program. In her spare time, she is a member of Rotary International, chair of visual arts and board member at the Madison-Morgan Cultural Center, Founder/President of Expert Justice, and an active member of Madison's First United Methodist Church.
