We had the pleasure of meeting The Hunt Team at an open house exploring new homes in Newnan. We heard that the market was "crazy" and it is hard to look at homes before they were sold. We needed someone who knew the area, was quick to alert us of new listings and do whatever it took to give us a chance. But mostly, we needed someone that we could trust.
The Hunt Team proved to be exactly what we were hoping for. They asked what we were looking for and explained things we needed to know about the area. Anytime there was something to look at, they were always flexible to work around our schedules. And when the right one came along, they told us what to do to win.
We thought our offer was a long-shot but because of their reputation of a high closing success rate, the sellers chose The Hunt Team - and us. And before you know it - we were at closing and moving in.

I can't thank Chris & Julie enough for their dedication to me and the complete process. They are an amazing team.

We were looking to move to the Newnan Area and needed Realtor help to find a home. We were not familiar with the area except for what we could learn from for sale listings. Our son's family knew Chris and Julie's family through the kids school sports programs and introduced us. We went to see a variety of homes scattered all over Coweta County before we could narrow the search to our current area. What you need is an agent who can help you find a home based on your real needs and to recognize homes that might look interesting but has some issues. Julie was very good at helping us determine the right fair price to offer and that skill was truly valuable when we found this home. While buyers can get a little excited over certain homes, Chris and Julie kept us calm and focused and that was appreciated. We love this home and it is so convenient to the grocery stores, all our healthcare needs, our church, eating out places, and of course Golf! Everything we ever need in 4 miles or less... wow! Diane and I are grateful for the Hunt's help to bag a trophy home.. Ha!

Chris and Julie are the best. I had a property to sell and a friend told me about Chris and Julie. They had helped him with multiple transactions and he recommends them to everybody. So I gave them a call and they sold my property for more than I expected to get. It was great. They took care of everything and kept me updated on all developments. It’s this simple, my family would not have gotten the home that we are in if it wasn’t for The Hunt Team! This team is incomparable! The "brain/brawn, " the Ying/Yang" -- without a doubt they always get the job done. Chris and Julie are both amazing REALTORS! Chris walked us through the technicalities of listing the home along with setting up the showings/open house, while Julie handled the listing agreement and offers we received as well as all other financial documents throughout the process. Chris is more involved with the day to day dealings of selling the house where Julie is a contract/list agreement genius. They worked seamlessly together to help us sell our house for top dollar. At the end of the day, they clearly cared more for us and our happiness through the process than their financial gain. This is what sets apart great REALTORS.
