Chris Hutchings

Graduating from Pittsburg State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and manufacturing minor, the corporate environment identified his strengths in customer service, and he quickly left the corporate world for a self-employed adventure in real estate.

Chris is focused on listening and learning his client's needs. He keeps them informed and brings his clients through the learning curve of a real estate transaction both on the listing and buying side. His customers thrive with this attention to detail and his ability to teach the ropes in a real estate deal.

Chris enjoys spending time with friends and family, volunteering with local organizations, mountain biking, and cheering on Kansas City teams (especially the Royals and Sporting KC).
