Chris and his team made the selling process so easy from the start. They provided guidance and help with staging, taking pictures and what we should list the property for. All of this was based on a thorough knowledge of the market and an extensive research package that they explained in very simple terms. Selling a home is an extremely stressful period in one's life but Chris and his team took the stress away and made the overall experience a joy. Chris and his team were very responsive and available to answer any questions whenever we had them. I loved working with Chris and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home.

Chris made my house hunt an enjoyable process when I was expecting a chore. He is always quick to respond at all hours and worked with me to schedule viewings that fit my hectic schedule. His knowledge of the city was excellent and he always looked at the small details that I never would have thought of, both for the unit itself and the neighborhood. He was quickly able to determine what type of property I was looking for and direct me to several that I loved, where I eventually closed on one. I've been living here for a month now and I couldn't be happier.

This was my first time buying a home, but Chris was very patient and explained any relevant details to me along the way. He is very knowledgeable of the entire process, and even helped guide me through my conversations with my lender and lawyer. He was honest and always looking out for me and never tried to get me to buy something just to cash in on a commission. And when the time for negotiations came he guided me along the way and offered some suggestions while still deferring to my own final decision.

Overall my experience with Chris was great, and I couldn't imagine going with someone else. He is very experienced and a pleasure to work with.

My boyfriend and I originally reached out to Chris in early 2020 for assistance with a rental. When we decided we were ready to purchase, we knew we wanted to work with Chris again. This was definitely the right decision.
Chris is incredibly responsive, very knowledgable, and really cares about taking a personal and tailored approach to make his clients happy. He was able to help negotiate a good deal, and he stayed in close contact with us throughout the entire closing process.

Awesome agent! Couldn't be happier. Chris helped my girlfriend and I through the intimidating process of buying our first home and even helped us list our rental for sublet. He made the entire process very seamless and stress free despite the craziness of the current real estate market. It was obvious Chris is incredibly knowledgable and confident in what he does which immediately put us at ease. Communication couldn't have been better; always quick to respond by text or phone call and frequently updated us along the way. Not only do I love the place we found but I believe Chris negotiated an unbeatable price for us. Even after we closed Chris was there to help with recommendations for any renovations we had in mind. I cannot recommend Chris highly enough. We had to relocate from out of state in the middle of the COVID pandemic and Chris went out of his way to make sure we found the perfect place in the hardest of circumstances. He was flexible with doing things remotely, was always and immediately responsive, and after we had made an offer acted as our representative on multiple occasions. He was masterful at negotiations and got us a great deal. He was also extremely patient with our first-time buyer questions about the process, not to mention general info on the city. His extreme competence is complemented by his great personality. He is very personable, calm and down to earth. A pleasure to deal with all around. Chris was an amazing agent for us. Importantly, Chris was very responsive (at all times of day)/ throughout the entire home-buying process.

Chris was happy to show us many different places. He guided us through several offers until we finally found the place that suited us the best. Chris helped us negotiate a great deal that included the unit's parking and furniture.

Another thing that was particularly helpful for us, first-time home buyers, was that Chris connected us with an amazing team of lenders/attorneys/movers/inspectors etc...

Moreover, Chris was quickly able to find a long-term tenant to take over our lease. This made us and our landlord very happy and saved us a lot of money.

We sold an apartment in River North in October 2019. The apartment had been a rental unit for 4 years leading up to the listing so it needed some love. Cris organised a painter, electrician, plumber and a refinished for the wood floors. The place looked so good for the photos that we almost decided to move into the apartment! Chris also dealt with all of the building administrative work. I highly recommend Chris for the sale of your property!
