I started my home search by just calling a company I used in the past. They paired me up with Chris and his Team and immediately showed me 3 houses. One I ended up wanting. After some negotiation with the Sellers where there were rough times at point Chris stuck with it and me and got it to the finish line. When my sister and I unexpectedly became responsible for selling our parents house we listed it first with another agent, and the home didn’t have any movement let alone serious showings. We met Chris and he immediately got to work with amazing photos, advertising, and open houses every weekend. Neither my sister nor I live in Iowa so we had to do everything long distance. Chris kept us in the loop the whole time, communicated every showing, every feedback he received and every issue he found. Finally, we went under contract, but there was also an issue that was found at the last minute. Chris knew who to contact to get it fixed as quickly as possible. 1000/10 recommend Chris as an agent.

After working with 2 previous realtors and being told I was looking for a unicorn, I signed up on the Dave Ramsey Solutions website on February 11th to find an Endorsed Local Provider. Three different realtors contacted me and Chris Kew was one of the realtors. I was very specific on what I wanted and Chris kept me updated to let me know that he was actively looking for a home for me. On March 15th he contacted me at 5:00 pm to let me know he had a home for me to look at and he got me a showing at 6:30 pm to see it! While I was looking at the house I didn't feel pressured or like I was taking up too much of his time. The next morning we made an offer and had a verbal acceptance before anyone else could see the home! Then on April 19th I closed on my new home! Chris found me my unicorn!

It was truly a pleasure working with Chris and Amanda. My situation had several unique challenges and they navigated them and advised me expertly and patiently.

The area I lived in is quite rural so the market was tougher to negotiate. Chris had a professional photographer come in and they took great pictures, including arial pictures of my property with a drone. This is a must do. Chris did a great job of advertising in multiple venues, getting the acreage seen by many potential buyers.

One of the most common pieces of advice I got from homeowners was “find a good realtor, make sure the realtor knows what they’re doing” right off the bat I knew Chris was in it for the long haul no matter how many houses we looked at, how many questions we had, or what time of day he would need to meet up for a showing. If we could give 10 stars to Chris Kew, we would. There aren't enough stars on here to accommodate our gratitude to Chris. If you are a first time home buyer, your search for a realtor is over! Chris was absolutely amazing and patient with us as first time home buyers. He was supportive every step of the way. He was always available, and quickly replied emails/texts even late at night.
