When my sister and I unexpectedly became responsible for selling our parents house we listed it first with another agent, and the home didn’t have any movement let alone serious showings. We met Chris and he immediately got to work with amazing photos, advertising, and open houses every weekend. Neither my sister nor I live in Iowa so we had to do everything long distance. After working with 2 previous realtors and being told I was looking for a unicorn, I signed up on the Dave Ramsey Solutions website on February 11th to find an Endorsed Local Provider. Three different realtors contacted me and Chris Kew was one of the realtors. I was very specific on what I wanted and Chris kept me updated to let me know that he was actively looking for a home for me. On March 15th he contacted me at 5:00 pm to let me know he had a home for me to look at and he got me a showing at 6:30 pm to see it! The area I lived in is quite rural so the market was tougher to negotiate. Chris was absolutely amazing and patient with us as first time home buyers. He was supportive every step of the way. He was always available, and quickly replied emails/texts even late at night.
