I am very impressed with Chris Moore. He is honest, personable, professional, and a man of integrity. He pays attention to details, answered my questions and concerns, replied to every email, text, and phone call promptly. Even after purchasing my home he worked on my behalf when I had concerns about things that were not done when my home was to be move in ready. I would call with different issues and he saw to it those issues were dealt with to my satisfaction. I thought I knew what I wanted in a home and to my surprise it was Chris who knew better than I did what was best for me. I am retired and thought I wanted another house. He suggested I look at a Twin Home - after noise issues in the past living in a condo I wanted nothing to do with anything like that. I agreed to look at a Twin Home and to my surprise loved it . Chris was the most communicative of all of the realtors we reached out to, which was a necessity for us since we were moving from out of state. Nine times out of ten, Chris would answer a call, text, or email immediately, and the rest of the time it would be within a couple of hours. We had some timing issues, in terms of wanting to see homes which were newly on the market, but then got sold before we could travel to Iowa to see them. Chris worked with us on these timing issues, arranging in person tours on short notice and tours by video-chat when we could not make it to Iowa in a timely manner. Chris was always willing to help, and would remind us at the end of each interaction to be sure to contact him if we had any questions, concerns, etc. Even after closing, Chris reached out to us to make sure that everything was satisfactory, and has been able to refer us to local businesses that he has dealt with in the past for purchases and services when requested. - Larsen Family
