We used Chris when we bought our first home in Steamboat. We tell the story about how we had told Chris we absolutely didn't want to look at a particular type of home, but after a couple months of looking when we weren't seeing anything we really liked, Chris said, I know you said you didn't want to look at any duplexes, but I know of one I think you should see. It was perfect! We loved it, we bought it and we used Chris again to secure a wonderful piece of land that we are building our forever home on.
