After many years working in the real estate field as an agent, Chris Pardes decided to become a Broker and open his own agency in order to create a new kind of customer-focused, local real estate agency to better serve the changing needs of North Central Pennsylvania.

Partnering with Marcy Benson brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the agency. Together, Marcy and Chris pioneered new and innovative marketing ideas that exceeded the expectations of their clients. They have had experience in nearly every kind of real estate transaction, from simple residential purchases, to complex commercial transactions.
