As a first time homebuyer, Chris Plant and his team made my dreams come true! As anyone can imagine buying a home is one of life's biggest decisions. ...is how I would characterize Chris Plant's persona and real estate abilities/knowledge. He was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. He was very patient with a couple that were ready to lose their minds in a very stressful situation, and even went out of his way to help us with a couple of road blocks during our purchase. Highly recommend for both sides of a deal! We met Chris when he helped us buy a house in 2017. We came in from out of state and looked at houses every day for a week. None of our bids were accepted, but he didn't give up on us. He sent us listings over email, and when we found houses we liked, he did video call walk-throughs with us and helped us land a house. Recently, he helped us sell that same house, and the experience was just as good. Always explaining what options we have and what to expect going forward. Very responsive to communications. We always recommended Chris to friends/family who are looking to buy in the area, and now we'll be recommending him for selling as well!

Our experiences with Chris as our Real Estate agent was top notch. We liked his calm, confident sensible and practical demeanor. Chris was proactive in heading off potential problems drawing from his vast knowledge with selling houses. Best of all, Chris is a superb communicator. There was no doubt that Chris was “in our corner “during the whole Real Estate transaction. He is a excellent negotiator and got us a fair and equitable price for our house. Chris is extremely easy to work with! His contractor program was painless. We had the house renovated, Chris was instrumental in picking colors.....Walls, carpets, wood floors...everything. We didn't have to pay a penny up front. Contractor paid at closing. Due to all the updates house sold for $70k over listing. This is our 5th time using Chris....we will never change realtors.
