Professional, responsive,made things happened. I was very fortunate that Cathy had paired me with Chris to find a new home. Our first meeting I knew we would work well together. He listened to my needs and wants and was right on in picking certain places. I was probably more off on picking my own places than he was. He kept me on track. It was an emotional roller coaster but he assured me that we would get thru it and we did. Very geniuin, very straight up. You ask for his opinion on something and he will tell you, honestly. I had the pleasure of working with the best people from B&W. I can't even imagine that they can get any better than Chris. Chris is good at what he does and that is helping people find and live their dream. Thanks for all your help...

CHRIS POPP, FOLKS!!! This is the type of guy you want to work with, and I'm not easy to please. As a first time homebuyer, I knew nothing. Less than nothing about, well, anything regarding the process. This guy was with me every step of the way. When I didn't understand, he explained things to me slowly and without the condescending attitude or rush to get off the call that too many others in this industry have. When I got frustrated, he kept me calm and talked me off the ledge. He shot me straight the whole way and made me feel like he had my best interests in mind as opposed to seeing me as just some future paycheck. I felt comfortable the entire time. If I pushed him for answers, he did we he said and circled back with feedback. He understood this is the biggest purchase of my entire life and, therefore, a big moment that should be treated as such. I really can't say enough nice things about him. I wish anyone out there looking to have an experience like I had and someone like Chris holding their hand thru it.

I met Chris at an open house I went to and we instantly clicked. I didn’t know the first thing about home searching or how to find a realtor but after meeting Chris I instantly saw the importance in finding a realtor you have a connection with. Buying a house is a major step and you want someone who is going to be honest with you, look out for your best interest, and help you find the home of your dreams. Chris and I had a blast looking at old homes and learning their history, walking through homes with surprise hideaway spots, and other homes with questionable basements. Finding my dream house was bitter sweet because it meant the end of one of the most exciting and entertaining experiences I’ve had. You will not be disappointed choosing Chris as your realtor you’ll only be disappointed in not choosing him.

As a first time home buyer, Chris was amazing at walking me through every step of this process. He was knowledgeable, professionals and personable. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.
