Chris Preston

Chris Preston knows the equestrian and estate properties of Bucks County, Pa., and Hunterdon County, N.J., like no other. An accomplished dressage rider in his earlier years, Chris possesses detailed knowledge about all types of horse properties. He has been a licensed realtor since 1999 and has built a successful career on both the listing and buy sides.

In his career, he has sold some of the most notable farms in Bucks and Hunterdon counties, including two Olympic-caliber training facilities, Holly Farm in Stockton, N.J., and Heathman Farm in Solebury Township, Pa., plus Secret Meadow Farm, Blackfan Farm, Twin Silo Farm and other significant estates nestled in the rolling hills of this market located between New York City and Philadelphia.

Chris is still very engaged in the dressage world, owning several champion horses and with many friends and colleagues in equestrian circles. He also has a strong interest in art and design, and is a collector of mid-century furnishings and contemporary art.
