Chris represented me as a buyer for my recent home purchase. I was very specific with what I was looking for and we found the perfect fit. Chris was a fabulous negotiator and I was extremely happy with the outcome. Upon opening escrow, I was informed of the progress in every step of the way. If I had a question, he was very quick to respond. He never let a minute go by without calling or texting me to reassure he had everything under control. He even went so far as to consult another electrician for a second opinion. Chris really knows the real estate market, has a vast network, is trustworthy and reliable. I honestly felt that I was his only client due the personalized attention he gave me. If you're looking for a realtor, Chris is your only choice!

This is the second property that Chris has sold for me. I couldn’t recommend him more! Whether your property is $500k or $5M, he always provides the same exceptional level of service. I know he’s very busy, but I honestly felt like his only client.

Having the right realtor makes a huge difference. I trust Chris explicitly, and his recommendations always paid off. I needed to do some prep work to the property and have it staged. Chris handled everything, and had the property ready in a week with zero work from me. My unit sold for $730k, at the same time the same unit, in the same building went for $665k. That’s the Reisbeck difference.

Chris was recommended by a friend who spoke highly of his work. We are so happy he was referred to us. He helped us purchase a beautiful townhouse. He was always available to answer questions and was always very knowledgeable. He did a great job negotiating a price reduction with the seller in this seller's market. He also connected us with a good handyman. Buying a home can be a very stressful situation, but his experience, calm nature, professionalism and friendliness made this experience smooth. He has a vast network of contacts. He loves his job and is a very nice person! We would recommend his services anytime (and if we decide to purchase again, we would definitely use him as our agent).

I was so impressed with his professionalism, skill, and kindness that I held on to his info, and when I decided to sell that same house a few years later, I immediately contacted Chris. If you need a Realtor to sell your house, Chris is the guy. I was selling a house that "needed some work" and Chris brought in everyone needed to fix it up, including: a handyman who rebuilt a deck and freshened up the bathrooms; a flooring guy that put in new carpeting and flooring; a landscaper that cleaned and freshened up the yard; and a stager who gave the home a updated look. When all the work was done, the house looked like a model home. It was like what you see on one of those house flipping shows. Not only did Chris save me the time from having to find all these professionals, he negotiated reasonable prices for me. The Escrow company Chris referred me to was also able to help me out with some complex issues involved in the sale. Chris even personally took care of little details, like going over to the house to water the new flowers. When he put the house on the market, it sold in less than 1 week and above the listing price. Needless to say, I was thrilled with Chris' service. I have already recommended Chris to all my friends, and would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Chris is amazing! My spouse and I have worked with him on several different transactions. Most recently, we sold our house through Chris, and he helped us buy a new one. I find it difficult to adequately express my appreciation and admiration for Chris Reisbeck as a realtor. He recently handled the sale of my Hollywood home after representing me in its purchase, as well, several years ago. When I put the house on the market, I was out-of-town. Chris not only crafted a terrific marketing plan and staging of my home, but he also had my house packed up, my belongings moved, and had the painting and repairs done to prepare it for sale. Who does that?? Chris Reisbeck does. With attention to detail, with follow-through, with grace, and the goal of obtaining the best price for your property (which I got). He is extremely nice to work with, very hard-working, a kind person, and very professional in all of his dealings.
