Where to begin...Evan phoenix is, simply put, OUTSTANDING. If there is one thing that's really important to me, it's communication. Evan was always available, and we truly appreciated this as first time home buyers. Realtors are people, they deserve days off, we made it clear to Evan that we didn't expect him to be on 24/7 (especially during the holidays), but he was literally on 24/7. We could always count on him to answer our texts/calls/emails, and he was great about keeping us in the loop with the escrow progress. His friendly demeanor made him easy to talk to, he answered all of our questions (even my silly ones). We are walking away with a new home AND a new friend! We will forever be grateful we went with Evan, and will recommend him 1,000 times over! Thank you Evan, for rocking it!

Chris helped my husband and I find a house to rent, then helped us buy and sell our first home and buy our second home. He was absolutely amazing throughout all of it and had we been able to take him with us for our most recent selling and buying experience we would have (we were too far away). He made one of the more stressful experiences easy and fun and we implicitly trust him to have our best interests at heart. Chris found us our dream home and then sold our previous home in 4 days. We believe that he was able to sell so fast due to his aggressive selling strategies and the fact that he seems to know everyone in the real estate business on the eastern shore.
