He lists and sells all types of real estate including waterfront and water access properties in Beaufort, Craven, and Washington Counties. Chris is a local resident of Bath, NC and has offices in Pitt and Beaufort County.

He started his career in the mortgage lending industry where he gained knowledge of what it takes to finance the most important investment of your life. He later entered the field in custom built housing. Chris gained extensive knowledge in home building and construction practices. He also managed homeowner associations and rental properties.
