After 21 years of service in the U.S. Air Force and more than two decades overseas, Chris returned to his roots in the South Carolina Midlands with a clear goal: to help others navigate the land and legacy of real estate with confidence and care. He earned his sales license and joined the trusted team at Shealy Realty, where relationships and local knowledge drive every transaction.

Chris brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach shaped by years of leadership and service. His credentials include:

- Bachelor’s in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate

- Completion of Clemson University’s Master Tree Farmer course

Beyond the standard salesperson license, Chris has advanced to become a licensed real estate broker. He’s also a certified Residential Home Builder, having passed South Carolina’s rigorous licensing exam, though he’s not currently building homes.

Chris specializes in properties that require more than cookie-cutter solutions—rural estates, large and small land tracts, manufactured homes, and traditional subdivision properties. His training as a Master Tree Farmer adds valuable insight when evaluating wooded acreage, helping clients understand land use, stewardship, and long-term potential.

Born and raised in the Midlands, Chris knows the terrain, the traditions, and the tight-knit communities that define the region. Having mentored hundreds of young servicemen and women, he now applies that same dedication to helping clients make informed, confident decisions—whether they’re buying their first home, investing in land, or planning for future generations.
