This was our third experience using Chris’ services as the listing broker and we used him once as buyers as well. He is very knowledgeable about the area, was thorough in his presale process, provided us with an accurate assessment of the market conditions and suggested a realistic asking price. Since we had already purchased a new home in another state and had moved out of the property, we did not want our home to linger on the market. Chris compiled a great online video tour, he held two open houses and helped us navigate through several interested buyers. His negotiation skills were excellent. We were in contract within two weeks and closed a month later. There are larger better known brokers out there, but what they don’t have is the personal dedication, local knowledge and caring that Chris displays with everyone he works with. Highly recommend, whether you’re buying or selling that you consult with Chris before choosing an agent for your real estate needs.

I can't recommend Chris Siegel highly enough! If Google offered 10 stars, that would be his rating. He was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of selling my mother's home, selling my own home, and also representing me as the buyer’s agent with the purchase of my new home. Dealing with the sale of two homes and the purchase of another can be incredibly stressful, but Chris made everything so much smoother. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, gave excellent advice on pricing and staging, and was a skilled negotiator on both the selling and buying sides. Communication was always top-notch. I highly recommend Chris for buying and selling your home. Right from the beginning, he was easy to work with. Chris worked hard to sell our house, pricing it right, advertising it with professional pictures and a virtual walk-through, and holding an open house every weekend until our house was sold. He gave great advice for staging our home to bring out its best qualities. On the buying side, he made sure we were well advised about each house so that we could make an informed decision for our long-term goals. He was consistent in his follow-up and follow-through. Chris is the best Real Estate agent I've worked with and known. My family has used him for several transactions. The latest was buying a home.

We spent a long time looking for the right home, and Chris was patient and spent time to understand our hopes and desires. He provided good council in choosing the home and during negotiations.

During and after the sale Chris supported us as we encountered the various issues and questions that come up with moving to a larger property. We continue to seek his advice and are using folks he recommended to correct problems and make improvements.

Chris Siegel is an incredible realtor and an amazing person! I contacted Chris about my desire to pursue the possible purchase of a new home before it was even under construction in a 55+ community in my area. Chris responded to my phone call within hours. This agent is excellent. He makes us feel like we are his only clients. He is immediate in getting back to us and we saved 3% when we sold our house and he represented us on a new purchase. HE DOESN'T CHARGE A LISTING FEE!!! It's incredible. And is services for the listing are the best. He does a true virtual tour, uses professional equipment and he includes drone shots - and he does all this himself. You are throwing money away if you use anyone else!!
