Chris Siepmann

Chris Siepmann joined Siepmann Realty in 2021, continuing the family legacy alongside his father Jim, aunt Karen, and uncle John. Before returning to the business, Chris spent seven years in Utah working in finance for a fast-growing, private equity-backed outdoor sporting goods company. His experience in the outdoor industry, combined with a deep appreciation for nature and recreation, brings a fresh perspective to the company’s mission.

Like his father, Chris graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, emphasizing finance. He grew up working landscape duty for the company and has long admired Siepmann Realty’s commitment to thoughtful development and land conservation.

Now serving as Vice President of Operations, Chris oversees property management, financial planning and budgeting, and real estate sales and acquisitions.
