About Chris
Chris Sloan has dedicated the past 22 years to creating seamless and pleasant real estate transactions for clients in Tooele County. His goal is to ensure clients are well-informed, well-represented, and delighted with the outcomes for buyers and sellers.
One of the most rewarding aspects of Chris's work is building lasting friendships from business relationships. Many clients return repeatedly, and they refer friends and even their children.
Chris enjoys working with repeat clients who are moving up and helping first-time buyers achieve homeownership dreams. He also thrives on convincing out-of-town buyers to settle in Tooele County, a place he has loved since managing an over 200 home new construction project over 20 years ago.
For Chris, providing the best service to clients is rooted in attitude, skill, and knowledge. They prioritize understanding clients' needs, staying available, keeping them informed, and overseeing every transaction step.
To stay sharp and updated, Chris invests over 30 hours in annual continuing education, far exceeding the license renewal requirements. He holds the Certified Sales Professional Designation and is a Broker. Chris closely monitors market trends and developments, drawing from extensive experience in both resale homes and new home construction from both the builder and buyer perspectives.
When not serving clients, Chris enjoys attending and driving at events at the Utah Motorsports Campus (formerly Miller MotorSports Park), watching about any kind of motor racing, or riding, driving, and maintaining/detailing his own cars and motorcycles. You could say he is obsessed with motor vehicles.
Chris also enjoys joining his wife, Berna, in spending one day each week with their grandkids. They raised their six children in Tooele County and now are privileged to have four of the grandchildren living near enough to be involved in their lives.
