Chris was really great to work with! He was very responsive when we needed him, and if he did not know the answer to a question that we asked him, he was quick to find the answer and get back to us. Chris showed us several houses and he knew a lot about each house, he even pointed things out to us that my wife and I would never have noticed. It was obvious that Chris wanted to help us find and buy a good house, and he created a smooth home buying experience for us. I would highly recommend Chris Vail.

I am lucky enough to have known Chris for several years and when I found out he was a real estate agent, I jumped at the chance to use him to help my wife and I search for a family home in the Gulf Shores area. Chris was very up to date on the market prices and made an amazing offer for the perfect home. After getting moved in and settled, Chris offered to help with the house we were moving out of, to get it listed.
