Chris Venden

Chris is a full-time REALTOR with RE/MAX Preferred and the Mad City Dream Homes team here in Madison. She has 15 years of real estate experience. She is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Graduate of the Residential Institute, as well as a graduate of Cardinal Stritch University with a degree in Business Administration. She has lived in Dane County and the Madison WI area her entire life.

She will also schedule your showings for you and provide you with the history of your properties. Once we do find you the perfect home, she will help you formulate a negotiation strategy and a target purchase price. She will draft your offer to purchase for you and negotiate on your behalf, so you buy your new home on your terms and at the best possible price.

Once your offer is accepted, Chris and her team will manage your milestones and contingencies for you. They will help you meet all your deadlines for your earnest money, financing, inspection, testing and other contingencies. She will attend your home inspection with you and work to negotiate any repairs to defects that are uncovered during your inspection. And of course, She will be at your side at the closing table as you receive the keys to your new home :)
